Michael Jackson is dead!!!

I’m sad.

No matter what people say, he was cool.  He was the music in the background while growing up. I tried to moonwalk on the wooden floors of every house I’ve lived in. His music always reminds me of my mom. She’s the one that tried to teach me the moonwalk.

I have an interview on Wednesday at ToysRUs. I really really really hope I get the job. Not because I really need a job, but because I love toys. Pray I get the job.

I need to get in touch with Simon, Andre, Trevor, Philly Dee, and Tracy. Mainly updated e-mail addresses so I can send invites. If all five of you guys decide to play we have a full league of 12, which would be pretty awesome. So if you see this or know their e-mails leave them for me.

Summer’s here. I’m jobless and still looking. Well more like waiting for a reply. I’ve filled out at least 25 applications in the last three weeks. This bad economy thing sucks.

I’m sports less as well. So my summer is going to be all so fun. All of my friends are dispersed for the month, working, or going to summer school, so I’ve been hanging out with Phil a bit.  Hopefully we won’t get sick of each other, cuz he’s in the same boat. The bright spot is that everyone  will start being freer in July so hopefully the summer will pick up then. And with my dad coming at the end of the month and a reunion in Montana (yeah I get to go to cowboy country…I’m so excited. I want to meet a real cowboy so badly.) it will end up being a good summer all in all.

I’m also going to be living in an apartment on campus this fall. No more dorms for me and double room roommates.

I started pleasure reading again. It feels good to be able to read leisurely without a deadline and pressure to get every little detail out of it. I finished my first book tonight.

And that’s my story.

The Pens won the Stanley cup. I’m soo sooo sooo happy. I was so so so nervous til the final seconds expired. Throughout the series I had a superstition that whenever I didn’t watch the game the Pens won…which was true, and when I did watch they lost but it was just the series against the Red Wings, so I started flipping through the last few games to see the score. It was hard to watch this game all the way through…I was forced too…lol but then I fell asleep during the second period which is when the Pens did their scoring. When I woke up it was the start of the Third and then midway through the Wings scored so I flipped channels and Phil made me turn it back on with 2 minutes left saying my theory was stupid. BUT it was true! anyways the Pens won and I’m thrilled.So so so thrilled. Seeing Lemuix, Crosby, and Malkin holding the cup was awesome.
